It is with great sadness I heard that Cathy Farrington from the class of 85 passed away last week, The news was passed onto to me from another member (Max Randall) but is yet unconfirmed so if any one in Perth could confirm this news it would be greatly appreciated.

Cathy was well liked and while I didn’t have a great deal of contact with her at school she always struck me as hard working determined person who was always willing to help others. This I think is reflected in the fact that she school captain in 1985. She leaves behind three children, My condolences to her family.

Sadly I did hear of Cathy’s passing from Alex Dibartolomeo (not sure of her maiden name) who was in the same year as Cathy. Although I didn’t know Cathy personally I too have heard some lovely things about her.
