Name The Artist — Sixties

Name the artist.
If you’re certain you are correct, go ahead and nominate a song of your choice.

Thought I’d resurrect this one from the old site to generate some activity, and split it into decades so anyone can play. I lost the plot musically in about 1990 (some may argue I lost it long before then).
No cheating and looking on Limewire please. Some of the attributions there are wrong anyway.
To kick it off:

Every Day I Have to Cry Some

(I know everyman and his dog recorded that during the sixties — but I want the Perth group and, for good measure, its lead singer, who became more famous in 70’s & 80’s)
